after I eat it looks like I have a baby bump? why?

I hardly ate anything and I bloated like this. Im on my third week on my first pack of birth control too. It's worrying me. Does this look normal?

Bloating is fun, isn't it? Hormonal fluctuations - it happens to the majority of females from time to time. time of the month can cause it the birth control can amplify symptoms too. Perhaps it's what you're eating is causing gas- if its accompanied by other issues it could be maybe you're lactose intolerant or gluten sensitivie...gah, the list goes on...

That's normal. Its just your stomach expanding to fit the food. Once you digest it all it'll go down.

That's nothing lol. I naturally have a flat stomach but when I've eaten a big meal, I look as if I'm 5 to 6 months pregnant 😂
