*ADVICE?* no reply...?

Okay so there is this guy who I have been friends with for 2 years. During that time we have had an off and on relationship. We have been friends with benefits for a few months now and are kinda talking at the moment. Recently in these past few days he won't respond to me. I will text/snapchat him and he reads it hours later and then won't respond. I have no idea as to why this is happening. I know he has been at tournaments but it doesn't make sense that he couldn't just tell me he is busy. Could someone give me advice for why he might be doing this?

sometimes I have the same problem with my boyfriend, most guys (not all, but a good majority) are really sucky with their phones and don't care half as much about texting and snapchatting as we do, and most of the time they can't even comprehend why were annoyed at theme for not responding haha🙃 you have two options, you could either just text/snapchat him less and see if he makes more effort, or you could just text him and tell him you miss him/want to talk and he'll probably reply. good luck!!

If he's reading it hours later he probably thinks there's no point in responding. I know if I don't read a text till like that night when it was sent in the morning I Don't reply because I feel like the conversation is already over. 
Try sending him something saying like "hey when you get this text me. I miss you and wanna see how its going" or something like that. 
Or he is just really tired by the time he reads it.
