not losing the baby weight, EBF

Whyy?! I eat clean, I have one cheat day on the weekend, I don't drink anything but water. I've only lost 22 pounds in the 11 weeks baby has been born, and that's including him, and all the after birth. 
I'm stuck at 168-170. I'm 5'2 so it's just really uncomfortable. 
Should I calorie count? 
What's also confusing is, if I eat "junk food" like I'll have a soda, or a cookie, or if I eat over 2000 calories a day I can pump well over 4 ounces after a feeding, and I don't leak.  
But if I eat clean and eat twice a day and eat super clean, I can't pump more than than an ounce or two during the day, and I leak. 
Appreciate any advice or feedback. I'm also the type of eater who likes to feel full. So I like to wait a little later to eat so I don't over eat. I have a problem with food I guess 😭
