help sleeping 😴
does anyone have any ways of helping me get to sleep on a night? like literally I spend most of the week awake and I'm still in school, so I need sleep 😂 I've been to the doctors and nothing they've gave me helped and I don't know what else to do 🙄 its 7:23am now (UK) and I haven't slept a wink in two days 😴
