Any moms out there that are bf and drink coffee?
I avoided it completely while I was pregnant and drank it with my first daughter and she was fine but I barely had half a cup and my 1 mo old was up allll day I felt so bad. Any suggestions to bf and enjoy a small amount of coffee? Thanks!
