12wks symptoms fading- paranoia 😒

So we had a US when I was a little over 6 weeks, saw the heart beat. Went in for wo week appointment which was all the blood testing but she didn't do an US. She said we can come back to hear heart tones at 12 weeks and the next US wouldn't be until 18. I'm so terrified we won't heart the heart beat today. I can't help but be paranoid especially since symptoms have been fading since about 10 weeks. We did the Materni21 testing and I'm praying the results come back low risk. It's so hard not to be paranoid after having a miscarriage in October 😔 anyone else going through this?
