help please😶
So I'm 17, I work full time at a nursing home as a CNA and I'm still a senior in high school. Well my job is starting to affect my homework and I'm behind. I've asked to cut down my hours even though money is really helpful. I love being a CNA and I love my residents. I'm so stressed that I'm having trouble with everything. I've been told to switch jobs that still offers the same amount of hours but instead do home health so im not stressing about how many residents I care for in a day. What's everyone thought? Or advice? I'm not sure what to do anymore😔
