I am really liking this boy and he just told me today he just wants to be friends with benefits. Do friends with benefits ever work out when one person has feelings for the other?

No. Not at all. Fwb isn't like the movie. 9/10 if someone says they want a fwb situation they don't want a commitment and they don't change their mind. Would you be ok with this other person sleeping around? Going on dates? Trust me just move on this isn't the right relationship for you.
