I tore mine n lost 1500 mls of blood i never knew that could tear, I tore about 10-15 cms internal anyone else?

My friend did. It took forever for hers to heal and once it did she told me she was still feeling tightness there and like something was pulling. I said it could just be scar tissue and she could see her dr for it or just massage it to breakdown the build up.
