1st Trimester Blues😫😫😫😫

11 weeks pregnant and 5 days.. I feel the babies move one on the left one on the right its the most beautiful uncomfortable feeling ever👀👀.. Im cramping my lower back hurts already.. I'm showing my belly button is sore and I can only sleep on my left side... not to mention the morning sickness is kicking my ass!! does it eventually get better ??? i love my twins but their making life so hard for me right now..
