Full time mommy, full time job and full time school

I am now 3 months postpartum and my son is getting bigger everyday. In October I'll be going back to work and I am extremely sad that I won't be spending my days with him. Also, tomorrow I am finally going to submit my applications for my transfer to a 4 year university. I am now contemplating whether or not I wish to follow through. Should I wait? Should I go to school and add that to plate or should I not? I just need someone to enlighten me right now.
