Pain?!?!?

I am 17 weeks a few days and I have been getting sharp pains all day accommodated with my belly getting super hard for a few minutes at a time they don't feel like ligament pains and when I stand or walk it feels heavy , curious if anyone has experienced this what's the out come ? No blood and I can feel baby move I'd go to the hospital but huddle at work and my car is in the shop btw I drink lots of water and have been eating fine tia
