I just bought my basal thermometer & idk how to use it. Where do i check my temp? I know some woman insert it in their vaginas. Do i insert it there or can I insert orally to get accurate temp? & do i read the exact temp or add a degree ? (I was told this before so im just asking to make sure) ... I just googled it and it said you can do orally or vaginally, as long as you're consistent throughout your cycle. I haven't gotten one yet.

This is mine. I use it orally. Push it all the way to the back of your mouth under the tongue like toward your back molar and it will hit a heat pocket
