Faint test

I've had 3 faint tests. I didn't see the Faint lines at first. My best friend seen it and showed it to me. I'm scared to go do the doctor because they are very faint lines. Not had my period at all this month and I've got all the symptoms but not a clear positive test. Tests and signs point to I am but something says I'm not. Idk could that be my anxiety? Could doctors see it even if it's very faint? I'm nervous but tired if wondering..
