Anxiety
I have had anxiety before getting pregnant. It always come with some sort of trigger. But since being pregnant i will get random one for absolutely no reason. And they don't go away and I don't know how to get it up stop. Any ideas? I've tried to breathe, listen to calming music meditating. Nothing that normally works is working.
