Quant blood draw? MC history.

So I have had a mc and had a quant done last week. Things were right on track. Called this week because I've been having cramps (and major anxiety) and talked to the nurse yesterday. She said it was normal and fine. She called me today and said the doctor wanted to do another quant. Is that normal? I can't tell if they're doing it cause the doctor is worried or if they're trying to ease my mind. Mc mamas, how many times did you have to do a quant (one time meaning the set to tell your numbers are rising)?
