Went to doctor today because of heavy bleeding and cramps I should be around 5 weeks. They said my sac is small but you can see a yolk sac. My hcg 2 days ago was 4472 then at 4 am was 7070 then at 1 pm today was 5500. It is going up then down Anyone else?

Baby is still in there after all the bleeding this morning. She assumes miscarriage. I go to blood levels again on tuesday. I just had a miscarriage in june so not emotionally ready for this.
