At check out

While I was at the grocery store in the check out line I had bought some baby clothes and the cashier asked "how old is the kid?" I had to explain that it wasn't for me and that it was for a friend that was due in October.

I've bought baby clothes before and never have been ask that. Now that I'm trying to conceive it hurt that he asked, because I wish I was pregnant. Thought people might get a laugh out of it though.
