IUI 1st treatment 🍼🎠🚼🚸👶👪

I had my period in Friday August 26th till August 27th. On Monday 29th I went to my fertility doctor an he started me on clomid on August 30th. On September 1st I'm starting to inject Gonal F along with taking Clomid till September 3rd. From September 4th till September5th I take only Gonal F then on the 6th I go back for ultrasound. I received with Gonal F ovidrel in the same package. When do I take ovidrel? I'm starting to have little cramps from Clomid. How do I know when i ovulate? Need a IUI buddy if possible..
