Braxton Hicks Vs Round Ligament Pain?

Can anyone who has experienced both explain how the two feel compared to one another... I'm not sure which one I'm feeling?

Braxton hicks generally don't hurt or if they too it's more of a tightening ache. Round ligament pain is sharp and will take your breath away. It doesn't typically last long and mostly happens when moving, coughing or sneezing

Braxton Hicks is a random, tightness in your uterus. Usually makes your lower abdomen hard as well. Round Ligament Pain sharp pains when standing too quickly, sneezing, coughing, etc in your lower abdomen.

For me: Braxton hicks are a tightening of all my abdominal muscles. No real pain during them- just comfortable- however my back does hurt AFTER the contraction is over.
When I had round ligament- I felt like I had done a million crunches! My entire stomach was super sore!! I would have isolated pain in my actual hip area but the overall soreness was what made me call my dr.
