Was I ever pregnant? Please I'm just curious do not be rude and I won't be the same

Last year of July I took a ept pregnancy test from Walmart and the line came within before 10 minutes because I know if it's more after that it can be an evap. A few days later I took digital and it came up not pregnant. I started to have weird bleeding after that on and off with some cramps. I went to a ob gyn and she told me it's possible the pregnancy didn't attach or it was just a false positive. I brushed it off and I let it go and just assumed it was a false positive because those tests suck I read about it everywhere online but it just hit me today cause I've been so depressed and thinking that I'll never get pregnant when it looked like I had a vvfl on that test that I took last year. 
This was my test the line is just super faint I read everywhere that these suck so I'm not sure how rare these can have false positives I don't have time for rude comments please thank u love u all

As far as I know there is no such thing as a "false positive", not unless you are taking hormones for whatever medical reason would require that. Pregnancies do not show positive unless you have HCG in your system, and if you have HCG in your system you are definitely pregnant (excluding the hormone taking thing I just said), though I think it was very early for you.

It sounds to me like you had what's called a "chemical pregnancy", which is basically a very early miscarriage either before or up to a week after your period is due. A lot of women aren't even aware they're pregnant yet when they have these chemical pregnancies and just assume the bleeding is their period starting. But sadly for you, you were aware and likely excited about it, just to have it end so quickly. I know the feeling, I tested positive last year the day my period was due, started bleeding the next day and that was the end of that pregnancy 😔

Try to look after yourself, chemical pregnancies usually take care of themselves so you shouldn't have any complications, but if you have any questions or worries I'm sure your doctor could help.
