SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

I'm feeling really sick, can't get much sleep. Just had a dream my boyfriend broke up with me, I know he wouldn't but he's not up right now to comfort me. It's hot in my dorm room, I don't feel good. I've been taking birth control pills for three weeks and right now my lower stomach feels like it's burning and slightly bloated. I'm lost at what to do😭 I have class soon
