People can get emotionally attached to food. Start by no longer buying junk food at the store. You'll slowly run out of what you have at home. Buy healthier options as well, take the time to prepare meals. Maybe start trying to be more active as well. Exercise reduces appetite. You have to retrain your brain to not always eat.If you think your issues are psychological, see a doctor.
What is wrong with me?
I didn't really notice this until recently but I eat like all the time. Happy:eat, Sad:eat, Mad:eat, Stressed:eat etc. Even when I'm full or not even hungry! 😧 It's all this junk food and stuff that's not good for you and I try to cut off but I CAN'T 😞 HOW DO I CONTROL THIS?
