WOC CC

EDIT: No one is leaving CC. We created a space to have productive conversations regarding issues relevant to our respective communities. In the past, issues pertaining to communities of color were met with racist sentiments and (quite literally) 'take that somewhere else.' that served more to derail and dismiss us. For the WoC that say they've never been made to feel unwelcome or experienced racism, that's fantastic. However, many WoC have. Racism in the CC is an unfortunate commonality that even the Glow staff have a hard time keeping up with sometimes. For the WoC that experience this, it can be traumatic. We created a safe space because we didn't have one here. ALL WOC ARE WELCOME TO JOIN.
