36 week BP

Just went to my 36 week check up today. Everything is normal however last week I told my Dr that I'd been feel dizzy from time to time but she ran test everything came out normal. Came home later in the day and wasn't feeling good again so I told my sister to check my BP and she said it was a little high. 143/79. Is that a high BP? Everytime I go to the my check ups Dr. Never says my BP is high and I've never really checked what it comes out to be at the office. Just feeling anxious and worried about it.
