3 weeks late on AF?

I will be 3 weeks late tomorrow this month, and my nipples have been SOO sore! I have had other related pregnancy symptoms as well but I have noticed my boobs being so sore to the touch and I can't even wear a bra without complaining. Could I possibly be pregnant? The last test I took was about a week ago and it seemed negative.
