Second hand smoke ? Please help me

Is there anything I can do to help? So we're living in an apartment until our house is finished in October . It can't get here fast enough ... our neighbors must chain smoke or something bc the cigarette smell comes through our walls! (We share a wall with them on our bedroom and the living room/kitchen) ... our baby is getting so congested anytime the room stinks like smoke. I have air purifiers going. And a humidifier. If it's cool outside and not humid (we live in MO) then I'll open the windows... my landlord refuses to do anything. The neighbors don't care. Is there any trick I can do to help the smell stay/get out? Or help my son? He's 8 weeks old. It's a tiny apartment , I'm out of rooms to try and sleep with him in #somad :(
