latching

My baby is 3 weeks old. Had to stop breastfeeding bc she was having such a hard time latching on. Now we've been pumping and using bottles. Been drinking out of them for a week and half the time she has such a hard time latching on. Like right now it took 30 mins to give her 3 oz bc she can't grab on to the nipple it's so frustrating I don't know if there's anything I can do to help her out?! Please help me!!
