hemorrhoid or cancer?

Ok so on my anus I have extra skin coming out its pink. And it doesn't hurt at all!!
When I feel it it feels like there a vein inside something long anyways...

It doesn't itch or hurt like I said, but it's there and worrying me! Doctors doesn't open until another 2 days.

I have read it can be cancer 😳😳😳 but I have had this since I was a teenager.

When I have been to toilet (#2) it has bled a tiny amounts like spotting but that's probably my own fault.

Does this look normal? I know it's tmi but I'm panicking.

What could it be? Skin tag? hemorrhoid, or cancer?

Looks like a hemorrhoid.  Preparation H and prune juice should help.  If its not bleeding you should be fine.

Your pushing to hard when your going to the bath room. If it's not painful then it could be a prolapse. I have had a cyst type bump which cause me horrible pain for two plus weeks and I went to the ER to "pop" it. So take my advice and stop forcing. Get a stool softener.
