Lots of cysts on ovaries..

Anyone else coming off IVF have cysts on their ovaries? I went in for my 9w1d ultrasound and the doctor said I have FIVE cysts on my left and one on my right. She said she wasn't too concerned and just needed to monitor them every time I come in. I don't have any pain on either side when having sex or just going through daily life so I hope it doesn't complicate anything. Idk just seeing if anyone else has any and has been told similar or different things! Hope everyone is feeling good😘😄🍼❤️
