I CAN SMELL POT SO MUCH NOW WTH

So, I have recently just stopped smoking pot. I smoked for 6 years straight and I after a while I couldn't smell it anymore. I can't really explain why I stopped smoking I just started smoking less and less and then just stopped like I don't care for it anymore and I haven't smoked in months. But now that I have stopped I can smell it again, SO SO STRONG. My so still smokes and so does his family and I can smell that shit from across the house, the smell gives me a headache and when I get a wiff it could knock me on my butt. I haven't been able to smell pot in years so this is really weird. Kinda makes me want to spray some air freshener cause I'm not gonna like it smells like skunk ass 😂 And I feel like nomatter what I do I can't get away from the smell
