Nexplanon and pill

Hi ladies has anyone had any side effects from using the implant and taking the pill (rigevidon) at the same time.

I ask because I went from the pill to the nexplanon implant and my cycle seems to have shortened to 1 week on 1 week off. I'm starting to feel so so fatigued from it to the point that I've had to start taking iron vitamins to combat the tiredness.

A quick Google (stupid I know) said that taking the pill alongside nexplanon can increase the chances of pregnancy.

Any advice would be appreciated 😚
