38 weeks pregnant with possible preeclampsia?

I have always had good blood pressure and no problems with my pregnancy until my last doctors appointment they found a little more then usual proteins in my urine and my blood pressure was high and I'm having MASSIVE swelling in just my right foot and ankle. My face swells up to at times. I've got my nausea back and some headaches and my doctor ordered a blood test and a 24 hour urine collection. I'm just nervous that I have developed preeclampsia 😥 are those signs of preeclampsia? And I know if the blood and urine test come back bad that they will induce me, but what happens if the tests come back okay will I still get induced due to blood pressure and swelling? Just curious and wanting to know being a FTM. My due date is September 15.
