Comments plz- sharp shooting pains going down vagina

I keep getting these sharp pains going down my vagina they start in my lower abdomen then shoot to my vagina. 2 days ago is when it started, it wasn't bad the first day. Yesterday a little bit worse. And today they hurt I literally had to stop and bend down when I was walking because it hurt, it literally stopped me in my tracks while I was walking... I don't know what this is and stomach has been getting tight and hard... Can someone comment plz.. Thank you. Also I will be 30 weeks on Monday!
