I'm on the implant, it's never let me down and my periods have stopped completely. It's just the odd day of light spotting. I'd recommend this form but it's your decision at the end of the day! There's loads of types out there so there should be at least one that suits you best 😊

I have the implant and it's pretty rad. My
memory is shit so now I don't have to remember to take the pill every day. And the one I have is like 99.99% effective at stopping pregnancy, very happy with my choice

If you have a heavy flow, I'd go on the pill. That's what I went on and it helped my flow become lighter and helped my cramps. Plus they have 3 month packs so you only have a period every 3 months.
