high blood pressure anyone?

Just wondering if anyone here has any experience from previous pregnancy and high blood pressure. Mine seems to be elevated around 130s and 140s when I'm home but when I go into the doctors they get reading of 160s. We are always able to get it back down within a few minutes. I've done all the testing and labs and all come back negative for preeclampsia. I had perfect blood pressure before getting pregnant and perfect bp up until about 28 weeks. I'm 32 weeks now and just wondering if anyone experienced this before and if they induced you early because of it

I have been having problems since about 30w. I was getting headaches and spikes in my blood pressure. I always had good BP at my appointments though so just thought I was using my blood pressure machine wrong. Well the headaches were getting really bad so I called my doctor and she had me come in. Even though my BP was good they had me do the 24 hour urine test. It came back pretty high and I've been admitted to the hospital and will be induced next Saturday at 37 weeks. Turns out my BP wasn't high when I went to the dr because I always went so early in the morning. Just please always listen to your body. I didn't call my doctor so many times because I didn't want to nag or seem needy. But during pregnancy it's okay to be needy and selfish for our babies. I'm 34 weeks. My blood pressure was perfect through out the pregnancy but then when I hit 31 weeks my blood pressure starting staying around 170s/90s so I was put on 2 weeks of bed rest. I can now go back to work on very light duty. I keep headaches, and swelling and dizziness.  Blood work and urine always come back good. So I'm on blood pressure meds and that keeps my blood pressure around 150s/80s.

I was induced the day after my lo's due date. They called it sporadic blood pressure. I had the same issue.

I'm 32 weeks with twins and mine has been up a little the whole pregnancy. This last apt it was 147/90 highest has ever been. Now they want me to do a 24 hour urine collection. That night I had the worse headache i have had in my entire life. Thank k god it went away a few hours later. It is such a worry. Good luck

I am 33 weeks and having issues all of a sudden. If anything I was hypotension my whole pregnancy and now I'm hypertensive. Every weekly appointment I have more and more protein in my urine. My initial 24 hour urine came back borderline. So my doctor said this tree me will continue and he'll induce around 37 weeks. I get bad swelling and bad headaches with dizziness. He put me on work restrictions. I feel like crap almost all day, I'm looking forward to a healthy baby and feeling better soon.

I'm 34 weeks and I've always had normal blood pressure until about 31 weeks.  I had to do the 24 hour urine collection and everything came back fine.  I'm not having headaches or swelling, so they aren't too concerned.  They do have me going for weekly appts now though.
