So much pain

I was due April 19th. So I was 7 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I went to the er for the second time this week and had an ultrasound. Received news that I want expecting or wanting. I had an ectopic pregnancy and was being rushed into surgery. I lost that tube in the process. I want to try again but don't want to go through this experience again. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after an ectopic?
