ER did a transvaginal u.s.

I'm five weeks 4 days I went to the er because my nausea stopped and I was experiencing light cramps (worried) they took blood and urine and also did a trans. vag. ultrasound, she said she couldn't tell if it was just a really early pregnancy or if I had started to miscarry I'm in tears, then the doctor tells me the ultrasound doesn't cause the bleeding I seen when she removed the wand😢 comments??
