Health insurance Bs

I am 11 weeks and I still don't have insurances I'm trying to get Medicaid but apparently I didn't do my interview for it At all And I Keep Calling trying to do it and they got the Bulls hit ass Hurricane when the hurricane barely swept By Jacksonville so I KNOW the office should be open this is really stressful I signed up august 23rd it's now September they keep sending notices and Bs . I am 17 I told them I have been Looking for a job This will be My first job By the way my parents Aren't helping so I'm Doing this basically with the help of my grandma and My SO Parents it's just driving insane the people keep saying do a interview they keep saying they cannot confirm my identity I can use My State ID 17 which expires 2025 Like what else is the possible problem ? I just need advice I haven't even seen a Obgyn I found out about my baby from the emergency room visit just making it stressful .
