lump under vagina skin please help

Hello guys this is a serious topic, i have this lump under the skin of my vagina near the front of my vagina, about half an inch, it's not visible from looking at it but I can feel it. It hurts cause I've been squeezing it thinking it will pop. It started going down but I started my period and it got bigger. I don't know what it is maybe a cyst maybe a clogged gland, it hurts right now and no one I talk to says they've had one. I've had one before a long time ago and it went away but this one isn't going away as fast. I'm worried. I am 17. Please someone tell me if they have had this before. I'm thinking about seeing a doctor, but I don't have insurance currently. Should I wait? Is this normal? I really need some peace of mind and of corse google says I have cancer. I need advice.
