pain in my chest..

So ive been having this pain in my chest like under my breast kinda where my rib is and it hurts when i dont sit up straight. Could it be because of my uterus being so high up and maybe my ribs are running out of room..? Im a FTM..so ive never felt this before being pregnant... Its not red or anything and i dont wear bras with underwire anymore. Its just uncomfortable.. Should i call my doctor and ask? Or is it normal ?
