I'm having weird problems with my period

I'm on birth control, so you would think my periods would be normal. Especially since I've been on it for 7 years! Normally it comes on the correct day and is done 3 days later. This month, 2 days before my period I had some brown blood. Just a small amount, nothing major. Then my period came 2 days later. Normally I will cramp like crazy, but I had absolutely no crampings and it was fairly light so I felt like I wasn't even having it. 2 days after my period I had brown blood again. For the past could weeks I have been having horrible morning sickness and I thought, there is no way I'm pregnant. But my period wasn't normal this month, and it's never been like this before. And I've been having symptoms of pregnancy such as the morning sickness and I've been having dizzy spells. I've heard many stories of women bleeding throughout their pregnancy. Do you think pregnancy is even a thought? What else could be causing these symptoms? The whole reason I am on birth control is to not have kids haha. But I can't figure out anything that is causing me to feel like this and to cause this abnormal period. Can someone please tell me if they've experienced this too, or know what it may be? I know I should "take a test" but I guess I'm trying to find any reason to not have to because I can't imagine pregnancy is what this is.
