Breaking out

Help! Lol so my man and I have ttc 3 times since my AF ended and I'm due to start again the 15th. Yesterday and today my stomach muscles have been hurting BAD...and yesterday I got two whiteheads...I NEVER get a pimple unless it's right before (usually a day before) AF comes. I just got ANOTHER whitehead today...so 3 so far since yesterday. Ugh. What do you ladies use for breakouts?
