Birth control

I'm 8 weeks pp. I have boy girl twins. I think I'm done but we don't want to do anything permanent. What are other mamas doing for birth control? I definitely don't want anything that messes up my hormones. I'm very sensitive to any change in my body right now. Carrying twins was super painful. What is the safest non hormonal method? My doctor gave me some options. I want to know from others the pros and cons. Thank you!
