How do I get pregnant faster??

We both are healthy, in our 20s, why is it not happening yet, trying to conceive for 5 long months!!

It takes between 6 months and a year for a totally healthy couple to concieve. My husband and I (19 and 20) have been trying for 19 months and still nothing. Just give it time. Track with opks and stay healthy. It will happen when it does

Most of what I've heard is a mix of old wives tales and science. First, track your ovulation. Then, eating certain foods I hear can help; foods such as honey and cinnamon, pineapple CORE (I put mine in a smoothie) etc. google it!  I've also used TTC lubes such as Astiglide TTC or Preseed. My doc told me that after six months to come in the check for any issues. Idk. Maybe it's a body thing... Maybe it's just not your time yet. FYI, this is from  someone who conceived on cycle 2 of trying.
