anyone with spd?

Anyone have spd?? Any tips on how to deal with the pain?? I'm only 27 weeks & it's unreal, I can hardly walk, bf has to help me get my bottom half dressed, has to help me in & out of bed or the truck... have two months left so tips would be very much appreciated!

Get a serola sacroiliac joint belt. You can order one on Amazon. I wear one for my back but I recommended one to a friend who had terrible spd and she said it took her pain from a 9 to a 2. She then sold several suffering friends on it and they have all had success with pain reduction! There are other brands that purport to do the same thing but they aren't nearly as effective in my experience, I think because they aren't as stiff/sturdy in their support.
