Perfect guy but not sure?

I've been dating and am engaged to the perfect guy. Very handsome, super successful, extremely loyal, supportive, cares a lot about family, treats me and my fam&friends great, and not a push over stands his ground.  

I keep putting off any wedding planning or plans to move forward, because although he's perfect in every sense, I don't feel butterflies when I'm with him. He doesn't "play games" or flirt, not a super serious dude but not very smooth. Although I know I can never find a guy as great as him... When he took me on a trip to Europe and proposed in Greece, I really felt nothing. I wasn't excited, I just didn't feel anything. There's moments where I'm like omg what did I do to deserve such a great guy, but never omg I'm in love with him, he's my soulmate. Am I being too picky? I've felt an ocean of feelings for my exes who was a piece of shit... Sigh not sure what I should do. Please please let me know your thoughts!!!
