uterus pain normal?

The right side of my uterus hurts when I have a tampon in but it only starts hurting on day 3 when my period gets lighter and the heavy bleeding stops. Is it normal or do I need to be seen?

I get pain like that too when my period gets lighter. I think for me atleast is due to my uterus not bleeding enough for the tampon. So I switch to light tampons. That helps

It honestly could just be from the stuff in the tampons.. When it starts to do that, use a pad for the rest of your period and see if it helps.
