really confused can anyone help ?

Well day 2 of late period ?? Woke up feeling sick this morning but not actually been sick bbs feeling slightly tender been experiencing a lot more than usual CM recently an it's been really thick also cramps especially on left side and back ache especially in lower right I've been getting hot flushes running nose and slight chesty cough?? Although I've never felt pregnant due to PCOS im unsure ? This all started when I woke up last week feeling really uncomfortable and very sore!! I had really thick heavy creamy CM and was swollen and sore out the blue it took few days for the swelling an soreness to go although the CM went the next day in confused
