Breast Reduction + Sleep😕

Okay so almost a week ago (6 days ago) I had surgery and I'm already sick of lying on my back. I love to sleep on my stomach and side. Last night I unknowingly had turned over to lay on my stomach. It doesn't hurt this morning or anything but like-- was it a bad thing or is it okay?
